Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please note, returns should not be sent back to the manufacturer directly.

Non-returnable and Partial Refund Items:
Certain items may only be eligible for partial refunds, including:

Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@relievoo.com.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
