Where we ship from
All UK orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
UK delivery options & costs

Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and holidays, are processed on the next business day.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimated from the dispatch date (not the order date) and are estimates rather than guarantees. On rare occasions couriers may experience delays outside our control, such as peak periods or severe weather.
International shipping
We’re happy to ship outside the UK. Where international delivery is available, standard delivery is free with an estimated 3–5 business days. Any import duties or taxes that may apply on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Missing, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@therelievoo.com and our team will make it right.
