- Go by your current nursing bra, not the one you wore before pregnancy. Most mums go up a cup during pregnancy and again when their milk comes in.
- The rim should rest on the skin, never press into it. The cup covers the nipple and the skin just around it, not the whole areola.
- If it leaves a mark or pinches, it is one size too small.
