Wearable Breast Pump PRO2

Is the Relievoo Wearable Breast Pump PRO2 really hands-free?
Yes. It's a fully wireless, cordless pump that tucks discreetly inside your bra with no external tubes or dangling bottles. You can pump while you work, care for your baby, or move around the house completely hands-free.
Is it a single or double pump?
It's a double electric pump. You get two complete wearable cups so you can express from both breasts at the same time, which helps cut your total pumping time.
What modes and suction levels does it have?
The pump offers 4 modes that mimic your baby's natural feeding rhythm, plus 9 adjustable suction levels. You can fine-tune the strength and pattern to find the setting that feels most comfortable and effective for you.
How long does the battery last?
The built-in battery delivers up to 240 minutes of pumping per charge and recharges in about 90 minutes via the included USB-C cable. That's plenty for several sessions before you need to plug it back in.
Is it quiet enough to use around others?
Yes. It runs at under 35 dB, so it's discreet enough to use during a meeting, on a call, or next to a sleeping baby without drawing attention.
What flange sizes are included, and how do I find my size?
Each pump comes with a 24 mm shield plus 21, 19 and 17 mm inserts, covering a 17-24 mm fit range. A measurement tool is included in the box to help you find your correct size for comfortable, effective expression.
How much milk can each cup hold?
Each cup holds up to 180 ml (6 oz), so you have room for a full session without stopping to empty. The cups are leak-proof and made from food-grade silicone.
Is it easy to clean?
Yes. The cup breaks down into just a few simple parts that you can rinse in seconds or pop in the dishwasher. It's designed to be ready again in under two minutes, so cleaning never slows you down.

Cordless Bottle Warmer Pro

What can the Relievoo Cordless Bottle Warmer Pro heat?
It warms breast milk, formula, or water with precise, even heating. You heat the liquid in the warmer's sealed chamber and pour it into your own bottle, so there are no adapters to fuss with.
How do I set the temperature?
There are four temperature presets to choose from: 37°C, 45°C, 55°C, and 70°C. Heating is accurate to within ±1°C, and a setting that keeps milk under 40°C helps protect its natural antibodies and nutrients.
How quickly does it warm a bottle?
From fridge-cold, it reaches a feeding temperature of 37°C in about 2 minutes, and from room temperature in around 60 seconds. That makes it about 5 times faster than many traditional warmers, so there's less waiting during night feeds.
Is it really cordless, and how long does the battery last?
Yes, it's fully cordless with a built-in 10,000 mAh battery that gives up to 14 hours of use and enough power for up to 12 bottle warmings per charge. It recharges in about 3 hours over USB-C and can even double as a phone power bank.
Which baby bottles is it compatible with?
It works with any bottle because you warm the liquid in the chamber and then pour it into your bottle of choice. It pairs well with popular brands like Avent, Tommee Tippee, Pigeon, Hegen, Dr Brown's, and MAM, with no adapters required.
Is it safe for my baby?
Yes. The heating cup is made from food-grade 304 stainless steel and the materials are BPA-free and phthalate-free. Even, controlled heating plus an auto shut-off after 5 minutes help keep feeds gentle and safe, and keeping milk under 40°C preserves its beneficial antibodies.
How do I clean it?
The inner chamber wipes clean with a damp cloth, or you can rinse it with warm soapy water and let it air-dry. The lid and silicone seal are dishwasher-safe on the top rack.
Can I take it travelling?
Absolutely. It's compact at 23 × 8 cm and lightweight at 450 g (16 oz), and it runs whisper-quiet, making it easy to use on the go or during night feeds. The 10,000 mAh battery sits below typical airline limits, so it's convenient to pack for trips.

Protective Carrying Case

What does the Protective Carrying Case hold and protect?
It's built to protect and organise the Wearable Breast Pump PRO2 and its accessories. The custom-moulded interior holds your pump securely so nothing shifts in transit and is fitted to accommodate both pump cups, while a zippered mesh pocket stores the flanges, valves, membranes, and USB-C cable in one place.
What is the case made of?
The exterior is an EVA hard shell, the interior is polyester with custom-moulded foam padding, and the detachable, adjustable strap is nylon. Together they cushion the pump and keep it from moving around while you carry it.
How do I carry it, and will it fit in my bag?
The case includes a clip-on detachable shoulder strap, so you can carry it by hand or over the shoulder. It's compact and lightweight (around 350 grams) and fits easily into a handbag, changing bag, or work bag.
How do I clean and store the case?
Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Avoid machine washing and bleach, and store it in a cool, dry place to keep the shell and lining in good condition.

ALL-SIZE Flange Inserts

What are flange inserts and how do they help me pump?
Flange inserts are small, soft silicone rings that sit inside a standard 24mm breast shield to gently reduce the opening to a size that suits your nipple. When your flange fits properly, pumping feels far more comfortable, with less friction and rubbing, and your milk can flow more easily. They're a lovely way to make your existing pump feel custom-made for you, mum.
Which sizes are included, and how many pieces do I get?
This ALL-SIZE set gives you 10 pieces in total, covering sizes 13mm, 15mm, 17mm, 19mm and 21mm. Having the full range means you can try different sizes and find your most comfortable fit, and keep spares clean and ready, so there's no need to guess or buy again.
Are these inserts compatible with my pump, and what are they made of?
They're designed for standard 24mm breast shields, including the Relievoo S32 PRO2, and they're made from soft, BPA-free silicone so they're gentle against your skin. If your current shields are 24mm, simply pop the insert in to step down to your chosen size.
How do I choose my size and keep the inserts clean?
To find your fit, measure your nipple diameter at its widest point and pick an insert a touch smaller for a snug, comfortable seal. A correctly sized fit helps reduce soreness and supports better comfort during each session. For cleaning, rinse with warm water after use, wash gently with mild soap, and sterilise as you would your other pump parts before letting them air dry completely. Take your time finding the size that feels right for you.

Reusable Storage Bags

How many bags are in a pack and how much do they hold?
Each pack contains 5 reusable silicone storage bags. Every bag holds up to 260 ml (9 oz) and has graduated measurement markings so you can see exactly how much milk you've stored.
Can I freeze and warm milk in these bags?
Yes. The bags are freezer safe down to -20°C/-4°F and can be warmed up to 100°C/212°F, and they're microwave safe. They also work with a bottle warmer, which heats in under 2 minutes, and they store flat so they freeze neatly and save space.
Are they leak-proof and easy to clean?
Each bag uses a screw-cap with a double seal and has been tested upside down without leaking. A wide mouth makes filling and cleaning simple, and the bags are dishwasher safe on the top rack or can be hand-washed in warm soapy water.
Are the bags safe and eco-friendly?
They're made from BPA-free, food-grade silicone, so they're safe for baby with no chemicals or toxins. Because each bag is rated for 1,000+ uses, a single reusable bag replaces 1,000+ disposable plastic bags, cutting waste compared with single-use pouches.

Spare Parts

Which pump are these spare parts for?
These replacement parts are made specifically for the Relievoo Wearable Breast Pump PRO2. They are designed to fit that model, so you can refresh your kit and keep your suction performing like new.
Which parts can I order?
You can choose from double-seal flanges (24 mm and 27 mm), the duckbill valve, the membrane, the milk collector, and inserts in 13, 15, 17, 19 and 21 mm. Pick exactly the part you need to replace, when you need it.
How often should I replace the parts?
We recommend replacing valves and membranes every 3 months, and flanges every 6 months, to keep suction strong and consistent. All parts are made from BPA-free, medical-grade silicone and can be sterilised by steam, boiling water, or microwave steriliser bags.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship across the whole UK, and is delivery free?
Yes. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders right across the United Kingdom. There are no extra delivery charges to add at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay, mum.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping then takes 5-10 business days to arrive, and our Express option arrives in 3-5 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a holiday begin processing the next business day.
Will I be able to track my parcel?
Absolutely. Every order is fully tracked. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel right to your door.
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands and the islands?
Our standard and express services cover the United Kingdom, and our policy doesn't list any regional exclusions. If you live in the Highlands, an island, or a more remote postcode and want to double-check timings before you order, just drop us a line at support@therelievoo.com and we'll happily confirm.
What if my parcel is late or doesn't arrive?
Please don't worry. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us at support@therelievoo.com and we'll look into it with you straight away to make sure your order reaches you.
Do you ship internationally, outside the UK?
Our shipping policy currently covers deliveries within the United Kingdom. If you're ordering from outside the UK and would like to know whether we can help, please email us at support@therelievoo.com before placing your order.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to feel completely happy with your order. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, along with proof of purchase. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Just email us at support@therelievoo.com and we'll guide you through it.
Do I have a right to cancel under UK law?
Yes. As a UK shopper, you have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which lets you change your mind and cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them. On top of that, your purchase is protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We're also pleased to offer a more generous 30-day returns window, so you have plenty of time to decide. Your statutory rights are never affected.
What warranty comes with the breast pump?
We stand behind every product. Your breast pump is covered by our Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects, and the carrying case is covered for 1 year. If anything is faulty or arrives damaged, we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost. Are your breastfeeding products new and hygienic?
Yes, always. Because these are breastfeeding and feeding products, hygiene is something we take very seriously. Every item is brand new, sealed and never previously used when it reaches you. For this reason, unless an item is faulty or damaged, returns must be unused and in their original sealed packaging, helping us keep every product safe and hygienic for you and your baby.
