Frequently Asked Questions
Most mums start in the second trimester, once the bump begins to pull forward. There is no rule. Wear it on the days your back asks for it.
One Size fits a lower abdominal circumference of 68 to 140 cm, and XL fits 68 to 160 cm. Measure the widest part of your lower abdomen without pulling tight. Between the two, take XL, the band takes up the slack.
Under. The belt supports the bump from below and lifts. Worn across the bump it presses instead of supporting.
Most mums wear it for a few hours at a time, when they are on their feet. Take it off when you sit down for a long stretch.
The profile is flat enough to disappear under a jumper or a work top. Tan is the better choice under light fabrics.
This belt is shaped for a bump. For after birth, look at our Postpartum Belly Band, which is designed for a different job.
Hand wash in cool water, reshape and air dry. Do not tumble dry, it damages the elastic.
